The Challenge
Premier Build, a bespoke commercial builder led by Matt, specialises in the construction of childcare and day care facilities. These projects involve multiple trades, ongoing material deliveries, and extended construction schedules.
Commercial construction sites often contain valuable materials, tools, and equipment, making them vulnerable to theft or unauthorised access outside working hours. For Premier Build, maintaining secure sites is critical to ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
In addition to security, Matt wanted to provide his clients with a complete visual record of each project, capturing the entire build process from start to finish. This required a solution capable of delivering both reliable site monitoring and high-quality time-lapse footage across projects that typically run between 8 and 16 months.
